Shipping

We currently ship everywhere in the Continental USA and reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier without prior notice. Order processing is usually 3-7 business days. All orders are subject to flat rate shipping cost of $5. Once orders are shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Returns

We are very proud of the quality we provide with our items and therefore gladly accept returns. However, we currently only offer store credit - refunds and/or exchanges are not available at this time.

General returns criteria & process: 

All items must be in original packaging and unused condition Return package should include a written return authorization from our team. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the order has been delivered by contacting us through contact@dembyco.com. Please do not ship items until you have received a return authorization from our team.  Any items sent without an authorization will be subject to no-store credit at the customer’s responsibility. Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back and will not be refunded the shipping costs. Once all items are properly inspected, store credit will be processed for the total order amount (minus shipping).  

Any returns outside of the above criteria will not be accepted. 

Wrong/Damaged items:

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately at contact@dembycocom for instructions on how to return the item (s). Once the item (s) is returned, we will send you an exchange (if the item is in stock) or will issue a store credit.  All items must be in original packaging and unused condition
